Matheson Tri-Gas, Inc. is a global supplier of specialty gases and equipment. We are currently seeking a night shift Logistics Dispatcher at our Logistics Center in Irving, TX.
Reporting to the Dispatch Supervisor, he/she will be responsible for executing daily truckload deliveries of liquid oxygen, nitrogen and argon to our customers nationwide. Will monitor daily schedules, monitor and schedule customer orders according to tank telemetry and review previous days schedules to determine if all deliveries were made as planned and all customer tanks were filled to appropriate levels. Also fields customer calls, works to resolve daily issues, and verifies FDA documentation as needed, while providing outstanding customer service.
Requirements:
Applicants must be able to work well both independently and as part of a group in a fast-paced environment. We seek an individual who possesses excellent communication and analytical skills as well as computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. He/She must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays and work a rotating 4-3 schedule. A college degree, previous call center and logistics experience in a related field are preferred, but not required.
